"Horrendous service. Had State Farm for 30 years and in that 30 years 4 claims. Two for glass and two minor claims and I was sent a letter terminating my full coverage. Talked to Linda and Jillian my reps and they literally couldn’t care less. Unbelievable. I was willing to pay the higher premiums because of loyalty and the great customer service they used to have but these two reps AWFUL. Shame."

They basically started ignoring my emails, and phone calls, couldn't complete simple tasks like sending me certificates of insurance that I need in order to run my construction company. DO NOT use them!!"
